We got great value for our money at Ford Farm House B&B! The room was fantastic, with attention to all the little details, and the bed was like a piece of art. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the entire island. The host, Shirley, was very nice and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety.

The location was good - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Also, a medieval lighthouse was 4 km away from the hotel. We've booked queen room with a fridge and everything was wonderful. We liked that there where a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV set...

the room was beautifully presented and super with a very comfy bed. having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and terry dressing gowns was a bonus.

Shower setting in the bathroom didn't work.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming bed and breakfast in Whitwell. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a lovely view of the beautiful garden and fields. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to check in early due to my long journey. The breakfast provided in the room was perfect, with a variety of cereals, bread, croissants, and more. The farmhouse was set in a peaceful and picturesque location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I had a delightful experience at this B&B and would highly recommend it.

Although my stay was nearly perfect, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the corridor linking the bedroom to the bathroom had a door linking to the rest of the house, which occasionally allowed a strong smell of cigarette smoke to seep into the bedroom.

The place had a QUIET atmosphere.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities like a microwave, toaster, and fridge. The private bathroom was also clean and provided gowns. The host was friendly and welcoming. The WiFi connection was reliable. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring different areas of the island.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing.

The hotel is clean, with quiet atmosphere and incredibly comfortable and magnificent location next to the beaches, beautiful well cared for gardens and the island. They offer comfy, well presented rooms with adjacent family sized bathroom, beautiful views and a fridge. The price is just right - £ 46.

The room was absolutely stunning, with a jaw-dropping mix of ancient and modern decor. The large and pleasant bathroom was super clean, just like the rest of the suite. Eileen, the hostess, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. She even allowed me to check in early, which was a lifesaver after being awake for 30 hours. The rural setting and lovely garden provided a wonderful escape, with fresh air and no farmyard smells. The nearby scenery was simply delightful. The overall standard of the B&B was top-notch, with easy access to nearby attractions by car. Eileen was even able to assist when I foolishly locked my keys in my car. Two small fridges were provided for guests, and the good weather added to the incredible experience. Just be mindful that poor weather might have a different impact on the stay.
